- This guarantee is only made to customers who already have an overall IELTS band score of 5 or lower.
- Claims for the free course must be made within six months of the previous course ending. Only one free course may be claimed.
- An IELTS certificate must be presented on request to show the band score achieved prior to taking the course. This certificate must show a test date no more than six months before the first day of the course.
