In the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, internationally acclaimed urban artist, Ben Eine, unveils his original mural on the British Embassy wall, Abu Dhabi.

With the support of the British Council and ArtSpace Dubai, one of the world’s most prolific and original urban artists, Ben Eine has created a 40-metre outdoor artwork on the perimeter wall of the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

The mural will be a unique addition to Eine’s global body of work; which can be seen on the streets of the world’s largest cities including London, New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo as well as in museums and galleries from the UK’s renowned Lowry Museum to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

• Ben Eine is one of the UK's most prolific and original street artists.

• In 2010, Eine was catapulted to international fame when David Cameron presented one of his works to President Obama on his first official state visit to the White House. 

• In 2011, Eine was included in the biggest exhibition of street art to date “Art in the Streets” at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA) in Los Angeles. That same year he was invited by Amnesty International to design their 50th anniversary poster, joining other artists such as Picasso and Miro in supporting the charity through art. 

• Critically acclaimed sell out shows in Europe and coast to coast in the US followed in 2013, together with a commission from one of the world’s most desirable luxury brands, when Louis Vuitton invited Eine to design a limited edition fine art silk scarf.
